Questions
Do all browsers support WebP?
Yes. Every current browser shows WebP. Some older desktop apps and upload forms still don’t, so keep the originals.
Does WebP keep transparency?
Yes. Transparent PNGs stay transparent as WebP.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The tool runs inside your browser, and the page is blocked from sending data anywhere. You can check by turning off your internet connection: it keeps working.
