Using the tools

notuploaded is free to use, for personal or work purposes, with no account. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Your files stay yours

All processing happens on your device. We never receive your files, so we claim no rights over them and cannot see, recover or delete them. You are responsible for having the right to use and modify the files you process, and for keeping your own copies of originals.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law or to violate someone else’s rights, such as removing protection from documents you aren’t entitled to change. Don’t try to disrupt the site or the server it runs on.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can’t guarantee results will be perfect for every file. Check important output before you rely on it, and keep your originals.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tiago Santos is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site, including lost data or files. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t legally be limited.

Tips

Tips are voluntary gifts to support the project. They don’t buy a service, priority support or a guarantee, and are handled by Ko-fi under its own terms.

Ownership

The site’s own code, design, text, name and logo belong to Tiago Santos, all rights reserved. Third-party components keep their own licenses, listed on the open-source licenses page.
