Your files and text
Every tool runs entirely in your web browser. Files you choose, and text you type, are read and processed on your device and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Results are handed straight to your browser’s download. When you close or reload the tab, everything is gone.
This isn’t just a policy; it’s enforced. Each page tells your browser, through a Content-Security-Policy, to block every attempt to make a network connection (connect-src 'none') and to refuse scripts from anywhere but this site. You can confirm it yourself: load a tool, go offline, and use it.
Two tools, Image to text and Voice to text, need an AI model to work. Their pages may download those model files, and only those, from notuploaded.com itself; they still can’t contact any other site, and they never send your files anywhere. Your browser may keep the model files in its ordinary cache so the next visit is faster. Nothing you process is cached.
What we don’t do
- No accounts or sign-ups.
- No cookies and no tracking storage. Your browser keeps only a copy of this site’s own pages and code, so tools you’ve used open offline, and, if you use the light/dark switch, that one choice. Neither ever contains your files or anything you type, neither is sent anywhere, and you can clear both in your browser’s site settings.
- No analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or session recording.
- No ads and no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Everything is served from notuploaded.com.
- No selling or sharing of data, because we have none.
Server logs
Like any website, the page files must be delivered to your browser, and in doing so the server briefly sees your IP address and the address of the page requested. Our web server is configured not to keep access logs, so this information is not stored. If we later place a content-delivery or security service in front of the site, it may process the same technical request data on our behalf to deliver pages and block attacks; we will name it here before doing so.
Tips
Tips go through Ko-fi, a separate service. The tip page can show Ko-fi’s tip form inside the page, but only after you select “Show the tip form”: until then, nothing is loaded from Ko-fi. Once you load it, the form runs on Ko-fi’s own website inside a frame, cannot see anything else on this site, and Ko-fi and its partners (such as its payment providers and analytics) may set cookies and process data under their own privacy policies. We never see your card details. Ko-fi may share your name, email and message with us, as with any tip.
Feedback
The “Suggest a tool or report a problem” buttons open a form on Tally or an email in your own mail app. Tally is a separate service with its own privacy policy; the site itself still sends nothing. The link only says which tool you were on. The Tally form is anonymous: it asks for no name or email unless you choose to give one. If you write by email, we only use your address to reply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct or erase personal data held about you. As we hold none from using the tools, there is nothing to access or delete. If you contact us, we use your message only to reply.
Children
The tools are safe for anyone to use, and because we collect nothing, we collect nothing from children either.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
