How to use Make background transparent
- Choose or drop an image. The background colour is detected for you.
- Click the picture to pick another colour, and adjust the tolerance until the edges look clean.
- Select Save PNG.
Questions
Why does part of my logo disappear too?
It has the same colour as the background. Keep “Only the background touching the edges” on, so enclosed areas like the inside of an O stay.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The tool runs inside your browser, and the page is blocked from sending data anywhere. You can check by turning off your internet connection: it keeps working.
