How to use Webcam test
- Select Start camera and allow the camera when asked.
- Check the picture, resolution and frame rate. Pick another camera if you have one.
- Take a photo if you like, then select Stop.
Questions
Is my video recorded or sent anywhere?
No. The picture goes from your camera to this tab only. The page has no way to send it, and nothing is kept after you stop.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The tool runs inside your browser, and the page is blocked from sending data anywhere. You can check by turning off your internet connection: it keeps working.
